Research Interest:

The Liu lab uses multidisciplinary approaches to study the following topics:

(1)    Co-evolution of RNA and protein in RNP system with essential function across life domains.

(2)    Identification, evolution study and application development of new CRISPR systems

(3)    Functional and structural study of human disease related LncRNA and the development of new therapy method.
