研究方向:

  课题组长期致力于病毒组装与入侵分子机制研究。系统研究了包括SARS冠状病毒、流感病毒以及一些甲病毒入侵宿主细胞分子机制(Cell2023mBio2022Commun. Biology, 2022Nature2021PLoS Path.2021Cell Reports2019PLoS Path.2018Cell Research2017),同时解析了一些复杂病毒的组装机制(Nature Commun.2023JVI2023Cell Research2019Nature Commun.2019PNAS2019Nature2016),为相关疫苗及药物研发提供理论指导作用。目前课题组专注两个方向:1. 一些重要囊膜病毒与受体分子的相互作用,以及基于结构的病毒疫苗抗原及药物开发;2. 病毒组装分子机制。
