研究方向:

  本实验室长期致力于探索肿瘤、心血管等疾病的代谢重塑规律、功能与调控机制,发现新药靶点,以及研发新型代谢组学/多组学技术。药物新靶点的鉴定是严重制约当前新药研发的关键瓶颈。诸多重大疾病,如癌症、心血管疾病、糖尿病等,都与代谢异常密切相关。因此,深入研究疾病代谢异常的功能与调控机制不仅可以解答重要的基础代谢生物学问题,还有望发现可作为潜在新药靶点的关键通路或节点。

  本实验室专注于探索细胞内及组织微环境中不同类型细胞(包括肿瘤、神经、免疫、成纤维细胞等)之间的代谢互作,单细胞代谢异质性,以及这些因素在肿瘤和心血管疾病的发展及耐药性中的功能与调控机制。通过这些研究,我们旨在发掘潜在的治疗靶点和生物标志物,为开发新型精准诊疗策略提供科学基础和依据。我们特别关注神经递质/神经肽等介质在肿瘤微环境中促进肿瘤神经免疫细胞间代谢互作和单细胞代谢异质性的作用与调控机制。同时,本实验室也专注于围绕疾病代谢重塑的技术需求,研发新型超灵敏微量代谢组学、单细胞代谢组学技术,以及人工智能(AI)辅助的多组学整合技术。
